GYMNASTICS

Our Gymnastic program serves as an age and physically appropriate introduction to body mechanics and is designed to enhance body awareness, balance, coordination, core strength and self-confidence.The progressive program includes instruction on bars, balance beam and floor exercise.

Trampoline and Tumble Trak® allow additional avenues for skill accomplishment, body and spatial awareness and muscle memory retention for both boys and girls.

One hour class
& two hours class
